The new administrative and laboratory building to be constructed in “Zelenograd” SEZ

The new administrative and laboratory building for Moscow Institute Of Applied Nanotechniques will be constructed in “Zelenograd” Special Economic Zone, Moscomstroyinvest press service says.

Main construction works on some “Zelenograd” Special Economic Zone sites are over. An event devoted to this issue was organized by OAO OEZ Moscow Affiliate, with participation of Mr. Andrey Novozhilov, Deputy Prefect, Mr. Oleg Kostin, OAO OEZ General Director, Mr. Yuri Vassiliev, Head of OAO Special Economic Zones Moscow Affiliate, representatives of contractors and residents. The inspection of the infrastructure objects under construction took place.

ZAO Plastic Logic, a daughter company of the flexible plastic screens major international manufacturer, has become resident of OEZ Zelenograd, with significant financial support by ROSNANO. The company has the plans to implement the project of research, development and manufacture of flexible displays for e-books and other devices based on plastic (organic) electronics technique.

On 15 December, 2010, the Supervisory Board of the innovative Zelenograd Special Economic Zone on the territory of Moscow (SEZ Zelenograd) held a meeting, chaired by Anatoly Smirnov, Prefect of the Zelenograd Administrative District of Moscow. The meeting summed up the results of 2010 and discussed plans for development of the SEZ in 2011.

The Republic of Singapore delegation headed by trade and industry minister of state Li Yi Shien visited Zelenograd. The visit was organized under the Special economic zones associate management committee session which took place in Moscow. The minister being the committee co-chairman expressed his desire to visit our city where Technological-innovative SEZ "Zelenograd" is being constructed. The main aim of the visit was getting acknoledged to the SEZ constructing and its future development.

The meeting of Zelenograd prefect A.Smirnov and Hewlett-Packard vice president and general director of Hewlett-Packard Russia Owen Camp was held on the 14th of November. The main topic of it was the discussion about the corporation taking part in SEZ "Zelenograd" project realization.

Representatives of famous Bosch company visited Zelenograd. SEZ "Zelenograd" drew his attention. On the territory of MIET area the German delegation was welcomed by head of Moscow territorial administration of the Federal Agency for Special Economic Zones Management V.Baskin, Deputy Director General of Zelenograd Technological-Innovative Centre V.Leontjev, academician, Director General of LLC "Alfachip" A.Stempkovskiy.

On March, 14 delegation of Siemens representatives and the first deputy of Moscow city Mayor Yury Roslyak visited Zelenograd. Among the participants of the visit were Siemens central board members Rudi Lamprecht and Klaus Vuherer and Siemens Russia president Dietrich Moeller. The receiving line consisted of the prefect of Zelenograd Administrative district of Moscow Anatoly Smirnov, MIET rector Yury Chaplygin and deputy head of Moscow territorial administration of the Federal Agency for Special Economic Zones Management Anatoly Kovalev.

Economic zone for technology innovation residents are considered those individual businessmen or commercial organizations (except unitary enterprises), which are registered on the territory of the municipal area and which concluded an agreement about conducting of technical-innovative activity with the SEZ administration. Today there are 2 registered residents of the special economic zone "Zelenograd" that will work on the territory of MIET area.

At the session of the Moscow city government on February, 27 special economic zone "Zelenograd" sites development plans were approved. The main spokesman, the chief of the Moscow City Architecture Committee Alexander Kuzmin, explained the main differences of the two sites of the zone - Alabushebo and MIET.

On June, 7 with working visit the Czech delegation visited Zelenograd. The purpose of the visit is to familiarize with plans of development of a special technical-inculcational economic zone "Zelenograd". The Czech Republic, being interested in the further development and diversification trade and economic relations between Russia and Czech, with interest observes process of formation in Russia the special economic zones which are called, besides other, to involve foreign investments. Business circles of Czechia recently show special interest to a special technical-inculcational economic zone "Zelenograd".

On June, 14 within the limits of Days of Bavaria passing in Moscow the German delegation which was headed by Minister of Economics, infrastructures transport and technologies of Bavaria Ervin Huber visited Zelenograd. Among the visitors there was Rolf Tsajtler, 1-st burgomaster of Unterschleissheim, which is the twin-city of Zelenograd, and also the head of firm Dynamis Ralf Mjuller and other officials. The presentation of a special economic zone took place in prefecture of ZelAd Zelenograd.

On May, 24 the mission of the consultants of the World Bank in face of Mr. Gevork Sarkisyan, the coordinator of the Russian program of the World Bank in infrastructure and power engineering, and the number of consultants visited The territorial administration of Federal agency on control of special economic zones. The basic purpose of the visit of mission consisted of estimating of the possibilities of integration SEZ into the economy of region and determining the measures, necessary for the assistance in the creation and the successful work SEZ in Zelenograd.

On May,18 at the invitation of the center of strategic developments Chinese delegation and delegation of Japanese association on the trade with Russia and East Europe "ROTOBO" visited Zelenograd. The purpose of arrival was acquaintance with the plans of the development TIZ of "Zelenograd". The association "ROTOBO" is the only one of organizations in Japan, which contributes to the development of the commercial and business collaboration between the Japanese enterprises and the states of the former USSR and countries of East Europe.

On May, 13 the mayor of Moscow Yuri LUZHKOV and the head of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russia Herman GREF visited Zelenograd. In the number of those accompanying were the first deputy of mayor in the government of Moscow Yuri ROSLYAK, the leader of the department of economic policy and development of the capital Marina OGLOBLINA and other officials. The purpose of the visit was acquaintance with the condition of the project of creation of technical-inculcational economic zone "Zelenograd".
