The new administrative and laboratory building to be constructed in “Zelenograd” SEZ

The new administrative and laboratory building for Moscow Institute Of Applied Nanotechniques will be constructed in “Zelenograd” Special Economic Zone, Moscomstroyinvest press service says.
The approval of allocating a 0,5983 ha land site in Alabushevo and developing of construction plan was made. The approval is issued to Moscow Institute Of Applied Nanotechniques, the applicant, for construction of an administrative and laboratory building.
Today, deployment of sewer and purification facilities for chemical waste as well as power supply facilities deployment is over at the territory of the “Zelenograd” site; construction of a 4-post fire depot, customs terminal and business center with exhibition facilities are under construction. Engineering facilities and main roads are also finished, and investors have come to the site. In the future, construction of innovation business center and a number of infrastructure objects including sports sites, recreation zone, pedestrian and bicycle paths, parkings and a hotel.
About 10 000 new jobs are expected to be created in Zelenograd.
